The object of the project is to increase the efficiency of the production process by using innovative technology with a positive impact on the environment. From a technological point of view, the present project is about increasing the efficiency of the evaporation of water from black liquor and the subsequent concentration of black liquor to a level – at least 70 % of the dry matter rate of black liquor, which will be achieved through the implementation of the main activity: High efficiency evaporation system.The main objective of the project is to upgrade the process of evaporation and subsequent thickening of black liquor to a level of min. 70 % of the dry matter rate of black liquor. This level can be achieved by implementing sub-objectives:- innovation of the technological process of thickening of black liquor – innovation of the segregation of brine condensates in the evaporative body in the initial phase of its thickening – effective vacuum formation in the technological process of evaporation – effective management of black liquor flux in evaporative bodies – optimisation of the control of the technological process of black liquor thickening. The project in question will be carried out in premises wholly owned by Bukocel, a.s.Compulsory measurable indicator: process innovationA non-mandatory measurable indicator: increase in employment in supported enterprises.
