The aim of the project is to create conditions for increasing the efficiency of courts in order to speed up court proceedings and increase the efficiency of the functioning of the judicial system, including the creation of conditions for more efficient court execution. The project is aimed at optimising the processes in the exercise of judicial power and in the performance of the court, increasing their efficiency and improving the quality of performance and services provided externally, as well as optimising processes at the Ministry of the Slovak Republic, including the unification of work processes and procedures in order to streamline the activity in the judiciary of human resources management. Target group: Staff of the institutions of the judicial system – judges and court staff – 54 district courts, 8 regional courts; Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. Place of implementation of the project: all regions of Slovakia (BA, TT, NR, TN, ZA, BB, PO, KE). Measurable project indicators: Total number of conceptual, analytical and methodological material developed through implemented projects (planned value – 9); Number of all materials (e.g. evaluations, studies, assessments, analyses, etc.) The indicator tracks the field of evaluations, studies, assessments, analyses, etc. produced in the framework of the OP (planned value – 4; Number of entities implementing innovative processes in the implementation of the project activities (planned value – 65 courts); Number of days needed to deal with litigation, civil and commercial matters at first instance courts (planned value – 375 days).
