The main objective of the project will be the creation of new and innovative standard clinical procedures and their introduction into medical practice. The main focus of the project will be the development of at least 150 groups of standard diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for the most common diseases in the population in the Slovak Republic, focusing on outpatient (including field so-called community/home) and inpatient health care. Within one group of standard diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, an average of 10 related specific standards are foreseen. The project will cover the territory of less developed regions. The project will be implemented for 57 months through one main activity Creating Standard Diagnostic and Therapeutic Practices in Healthcare (hereinafter referred to as “SPTP”) and 5 sub-activities: 1. Phase one, 2. Coordination of the creation and approval of STPs, 3. Training of target groups, 4. Putting the SWTP into practice, 5. Impact assessment of SWTPs and revision of SDS. The target groups of the project in accordance with the Human Resources Operational Programme are:- healthcare professionals and- healthcare providers.
