The aim of the project is to improve skills and create conditions for quality education through the expansion of the capacities of the Ministry of Education Húskova 45, Košice – Residence of KVP, improving the quality of life and ensuring easier access to effective and better quality public services.Specific objectives of the project 1. Increase in gross training of children of secondary education and availability of pre-primary education. 2. Ensuring quality pre-primary education through the development of educational infrastructure. With the project, we will expand the capacities in MŠ Húskova 45, MČ Košice – Sídlisko KVP by reconstruction of the existing building by structural and technical adaptations. Currently, the occupancy of pre-school facilities is 93 children and the design solution of unused spaces will create spaces for 2 classes, i.e. 44 children, thereby increasing the capacity for users and improving the conditions for reconciling the private and working life of parents. Main activities of the project: • expansion of the capacities of existing kindergarten facilities by extension, superstructure, reconstruction, change of layout of objects;• procurement of material and technical equipment of kindergartens. With the activities of the project we will achieve the fulfilment of the established measurable indicators. The project is in accordance with the IÚS URM MFO City of Košice 2015-2020 (2023), which is part of the RIÚS.
