The aim of the project is “Promoting partnerships with employers and professional organisations, employers’ associations, associations and chambers in the creation, innovation and implementation of education”, corresponding to the specific objective of Call 1.4.1 – Increasing the quality and efficiency of lifelong learning with an emphasis on the development of key competences, deepening and upgrading of qualifications. The project aims to enhance the knowledge and competences of education in the fields of study landscape, landscape and garden architecture and horticulture. The project will focus on linking the education system with professionals from professional organisations in order to develop lifelong learning programmes targeting the age groups of young people under the age of 25, in order to guide trainees in the choice of profession and to verify acquired competences, knowledge and skills confronted with the requirements of practice. The project will be implemented through 3 main activities projektu:1.1 Coordination of the project2.1 The creation and innovation of lifelong learning with the support of professional and employers’ organisations3.1 The implementation of lifelong learning with the support of professional associations and chambers The comprehensive documentation created in Activity 2.1 will thus methodically combine the requirements of non-formal education, the requirements of practice and, at the same time, make a significant contribution to the definition of the content of the field of study within the framework of formal education. Practitioners and representatives of professional associations and chambers will be directly involved in this process, with which documentation will be drawn up to define a set of learning outcomes and outcomes (descriptors) for training courses that will be processed into the formal and content requirements of lifelong learning and subsequently verified under Activity 3.1 through 4 training courses (summer schools). The project will be implemented in Nitra, Piestany and Vinicky. The measurable indicators of the project are:1. Number of participants involved in the activities of the EIA, which will total 40.2. Number of partnerships between employers and providers of ALCs, which will be 20.3. Number of participants in ABPs who have acquired or upgraded their qualifications at the time of departure, totalling 40.4. Number of partnerships between employers and providers of ALCs operating 18 months after the end of the project, with a total of 20
