Development of key competences of civil servants (RCC)

The project will support the development of key digital and legal competences and competences in the area of information security and personal data protection of civil servants. The need to strengthen these competences is also supported by existing national, regional and European strategies, regulations and concepts (e.g. National Informatisation of Public Administration Concept, Public Administration Education Concept,...).The aim of the project is to create a model of training activities for public administration staff who, by improving their digital skills and by increasing their legal awareness, will be better applicable in practice, flexible in the use of new technologies and increase their work efficiency.The project’s objective group is to create a model of training activities for the public administration of the Košice and Prešov region, who, by improving their digital skills and by increasing their legal awareness, will be better applicable in practice, flexible in the use of new technologies and their working efficiency.The project’s target group is to develop staff members’ training sessions (the number of staff members issued and the minimum for the protection of the personal data of the Košice and Prešov region.The model of training activities will include the creation of learning materials and, subsequently, the implementation of training activities and testing of digital skills.The number of training courses are planned in: The planned number of participants involved in the activities of the ALC is 580, and the number of participants in ALCs who have acquired or upgraded their qualifications at the time of departure is 540.The contribution of the project can be seen in three levels: benefits for graduates, benefits for society and benefits for employers.
