The project deals with the construction of a biocorridor – a fish duct, which will enable fish to overcome 2 existing barriers on the watercourse Hron in Zvolen, namely concrete slipway in km 156,33 and flap hať in km 156.85, located directly on the river Hron and MVE in km 156.520, which together with the waste channel creates a parallel arm of Hron, thus ensuring the longitudinal continuity of the flow in the site in question. The fish pipe is designed as a large-capacity pool with partitions. The construction consists of the following parts – SO 01 fish pipeline – biocorridor, SO 02 Fish duct bridge, SO 03 Transforming water pipes, SO 04 HV line line, SO 05 Transforming NN lines and SO 06 Led lighting. In order to check compliance with the proposed hydrobiological parameters of the fish duct, external bioecological supervision will be carried out during the construction work and in the pre-collection phase. In order to evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of the fish duct, the duct will be monitored. After the removal of the barriers in question on the Hron watercourse, a continuous section of 103.66 km is formed. The length of the continuous section of a watercourse after the elimination of barriers together with the number of measures to ensure the continuity of watercourses (2), taking into account the type of project, forms the expected measurable indicators of the project.
