Implementation of the project "Modernisation of Hospital with policlinic sv. Barbory Rožňava, a.s. to increase the productivity and efficiency of the provision of acute health care" will improve and increase the level of provision of acute health care. By building a specialised emergency income workplace, there will be a cluster of Mother and Child, which will cover the provision of comprehensive healthcare (gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology and pediatrics in one place). The merger into the cluster will also cover the Department of Internal Medicine and Neurology. It is planned to equip selected departments (mother and child cluster, newly built emergency reception, internist-neurological cluster, radiological department and surgical department and operating rooms) with modern medical facilities and equipment. The subject of the project is eligible activities belonging to a group of eligible activities under specific objective 2.1.3 and are therefore fully in line with the objective.The implementation of the project will achieve: Estimated annual greenhouse gas emission reductions – 44,0849 t eqiv. CO2; Number of refurbished public buildings – 1; Number of upgraded acute general hospitals – 1, Floor area of refurbished public buildings – 928,65 m²; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings – 276884,3600 kWh/year.
