The project “Electrification of the bus network of the City of Luxembourg” aims to co-finance the acquisition of 13 electric buses and the installation of 2 charging infrastructure by the Vile de Luxembourg. The 13 buses will serve three lines of the City of Luxembourg’s transport network, namely lines 12, 17 and 24. The project is part of the environmental policy pursued by the City of Luxembourg and falls entirely within the framework set by the ERDF Operational Programme 2014-2020, namely: reducing greenhouse gas emissions & promotion of the quality and comfort of public transport and sustainable urban mobility.
