The MCCD project (Manager de Chantier de Construction Durable) aims to offer a new opportunity to those excluded from the classical school path by accompanying them in training adapted and meeting the expectations of the labour market in the construction sector in Luxembourg. Specifically, the “Sustainable Construction Site Manager” programme foresees several phases: assess the initial skills of the candidates, prepare them by upgrading their skills for 4 weeks, guide, give qualifying training to IFSB, provide assistance in the search of a partner company in the case of dual training (contact, organisation of meetings, etc.) and ensure a follow-up of company learning.
