The O.P.E.C.E. project proposes initiatives to prevent, support and mobilise a target audience already very vulnerable in the labour market, with a view to avoiding a rapid and appreciable decline in socio-professional integration capacities or a break in the training and employment pathway, given the lack of places available in specialised structures or a lack of interest by private companies.The project aims to ensure optimal management of requests for socio-professional guidance and suitable employment, on the first labour market or towards sheltered structures, of people with autism.
