The project consists of developing a new offer of decentralised training courses easily accessible to companies in the construction sector in the north of the country. It consists of identifying the training needs of enterprises, by means of an analysis of the needs during appointments and then setting up short courses (from 1 to 5 days of training) or long and qualifying courses (4 to 6 weeks depending on the qualification levels). These trainings will take place at the places of activity or in the vicinity of the company. It should be noted that the actions carried out will be carried out tailor-made for the company.
