The structural assistance project consists of quality documentation, carried out by the University of Luxembourg in accordance with established scientific research methods.The catalogue of measures will consist of two components:1. A comprehensive and comprehensive inventory including documentation of measures for young people in difficult transition and NEET.2. A qualitative analysis of the tools for the certification and validation of knowledge and skills, attributed by the provider to the young NEET, at the end of the measure and an analysis of their relevance and recommendations, in particular with a view to improving the visibility of the skills acquired for the young person himself but also for other providers of social assistance, guidance or formal or non-formal education.
