The municipality of Nesvady is a large municipality in Nitra self-governing region, which is also a public care provider in its territory. The aim of the village is to meet the requirements and needs of the inhabitants of the village and to reflect their demand for social services. The main activity of the project is the provision of care services through caregivers for dependants. As part of the project, the municipality calls for 4 full-time care services to be supported, also in view of the municipality’s financial capacity. The total amount of the project is EUR 54 720.00 and the duration of the project was set at 24 months. The aim of the project is to provide the possibility of a quality, dignified life for all citizens. The project Support of care services will help the municipality to comply with the provisions of the law but also on the municipality’s own initiative in the provision of quality care services in the natural environment of the person requiring care – home in accordance with the principles of deinstitutionalisation of social services.
