The Better Regulation Platform will show entrepreneurs and citizens what their obligations and rights are, i.e. which Slovak and European regulations, laws and regulations affect them. The project will clarify the information obligations of entrepreneurs representing 80 percent of unjustified administrative burden.The project output is a register of legislation, but also of specific regulations, which, based on its knowledge of the logged user, will find out what obligations to the state are applicable to him. Entrepreneurs will also have the opportunity to provide interactive feedback on how the regulation in place affects them and what they would propose to improve. The vision of the project is to create a modern and world-class, unique IT platform for better regulation, enabling decision-making in the area of regulation based on evidence and transparent involvement of all interested persons. The project also aims to support the optimisation of the regulatory environment and increase the transparency and competitiveness of the state. There will be a significantly higher quality of drafting clauses of selected impacts on regulations that are interactive, easy to read and work with verified and up-to-date data.
