The object of the project is the reconstruction of part of the municipal building (municipal office) and extension to the existing building, in which the community center is located.The community centre at that time in very limited spatial conditions serves for community social and educational work. The project is in line with the strategic objective of the OPĽZ “Promoting the development of human resources, lifelong learning and their full integration into the labour market to improve their social situation” specifically in priority axis PO 6. Technical facilities in municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities. The project fulfils the objectives of the investment priority 6.1 Providing support for physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas.The main activity of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 6.1.3 Improve access of people from CLLD to social infrastructure. The aim of the project is to ensure access to full-fledged services in the decent premises of the community centre, thereby promoting social inclusion and improving the technical condition and architectural expression of the building.The measurable indicators of the project are:1. Number of community centers built – 1 KC2. Number of jobs created specifically for CLLD through the application of the social aspect in public procurement – 2 jobs targeted for CLLD3. Estimated annual greenhouse gas emission reductions in refurbished buildings – 0.238 t eqiv. CO24. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in refurbished public buildings – 86.50 kWh/year
