The project is part of the pre-project preparation for the implementation of the comprehensive plan – Building a LNG terminal (liquified natural gas-liquefied natural gas) in the public port of Bratislava. The aim of the project is not only to contribute to the modernisation of services in the public port of Bratislava, but also by supporting the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure to contribute to reducing negative environmental impacts. The implementation of the project will contribute to the greening of the public port of Bratislava in accordance with the requirements for the introduction of alternative fuels in public ports within EU countries. The main activity of the project is the production of a feasibility study for the Construction of the LNG terminal in the public port of Bratislava. The feasibility study identifies the most suitable LNG production and distribution technology for the public port of Bratislava, given its specificities, based on a comparison of available LNG liquefaction, storage and pumping technologies on the market. As it is pre-investment and project preparation, a measurable indicator of the project is the number of feasibility studies carried out, with a target value of 1.
