In the construction, which is the subject of this application, we propose to increase the security of the area against the backflow of surface water from the Danube and the Váh by building a closed building on the Klátovské arm and its connection with the right-hand dam of the Little Danube and Klátovský arm, the construction of the HV connection and the modification of the crown of the dam above the Closed building. Appropriate observation and measurement equipment shall also be developed to monitor the effectiveness of the proposed modifications. The target group is the inhabitants of the region, which is adjacent to Klatovské ramen. Site of construction – Topoľníky. Cadastral area – Upper Topoľníky, Dolné Topoľníky. District – Dunajská Streda. VÚC – Trnavský. Flow – Little Danube, Klatovské arm. In the following periods, we plan to implement other buildings, which will result in a gradual increase and sealing of the protective dams of the Little Danube to a note of 114,00 m above sea level. The said gradual increase of the protective dams of the Little Danube is not the subject of this request for NFA. According to the Flood Risk Management Plan, the proposed measure covers geographical areas with 171 populations at risk. A measurable measure of the value of an asset protected from floods was quantified at EUR 4 716 086,17.
