Pursuant to Act No 575/2001 on the organisation of government activities and the organisation of central state administration, as amended, the Public Procurement Office (‘the Office’) is the central state authority for public procurement. In addition to the above, the Office performs supervision of public procurement and other tasks defined under Act No 343/2015 on public procurement and amending certain acts. Objective projektu:Projekt Spatial provision of the administrative capacity of PPO II. is aimed at providing the administrative premises and services within the use of these premises for the authorised staff of the Office – 25 administrative capacities of the ESI Funds (hereinafter referred to as “ESI Funds AF”), who are involved in the effective and effective provision of professional tasks carried out by the Office as part of the control of projects co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) as defined in the Cooperation Agreements with the CCC. Currently, the Office is located in an administrative building at Ružová dolina 10, 821 09 Bratislava, where it provides premises for its staff on the basis of the Contract on the Lease of Non-residential premises No 055-Z/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “lease agreement”) concluded on 20. 10. 2016, effective from 22.10.2016 and valid until 30.11.2021 with extension and Supplement No. 1 to the Contract on rental of non-residential premises (hereinafter referred to as “Appendix No.1”) concluded on 02.02.2018 and effective from 06.02.2018 (copy of the Contract on rental of non-residential premises No. 055-Z/2016 with Addendum No. 1 will form an optional annex no. 1 of the application for non-residential grant). Project activity: The project will be implemented by a single activity called Financing of the Spatial Security of the PPO’s authorised employees. This activity will ensure the rental of administrative premises and services within the framework of the use of these premises covering the needs of ESI Funds SA and thus one way of supporting the stability of ESI Funds SA for the implementation of the national administration in the area of public procurement control and supervision of public procurement in the framework of projects co-financed by the ESI Funds.  With its focus, the project follows on from the project entitled ‘Spatial provision of administrative capacity of the PPO’ with code 301011G237, which was actually completed in December 2018. The items financed under this project were a group of expenditure 518 – Other services and a group of expenditure 502 – Energy consumption for a total approved financial amount of EUR 325 704.00. Project Space provision of administrative capacity of PPO II. will be implemented from 01/2019 to 12/2021 for a total duration of 36 months.  Measurable ukazovateľ:Jedným of measurable project indicators will be the number of staff using the results of the project. The eligible staff under the main activity shall be 25 staff members of the ESI Funds SA who carry out eligible activities in accordance with the description of the activity of the civil servant post. Another measurable indicator is the number of activities carried out or services provided in total 1 – the lease agreement and the rent and agreed services for office and related premises.
