Integrated system of public health authorities

The aim of the national project “Integrated System of Public Health Authorities” is the electronicisation of the “Protection, Support and Development of Public Health” agenda in the Public Administration Sector “Health Care”. The aim is to electronise professional domains: hygiene of nutrition, food safety and cosmetic products, environmental and health hygiene, hygiene of children and youth, protection of health from radiation, preventive occupational medicine and toxicology, epidemiology, objectification of living conditions factors, health promotion, medical microbiology.The central motive of the proposed solution is to achieve the following objectives: a cheaper state for citizens and entrepreneurs, saving time for the citizen/entrepreneur, more efficient performance and public administration services, also, without the need for further emphasis, it is clear that an effectively functioning solution will have other derived positive benefits for the protection, promotion and development of public health – that is, the health of Slovak citizens. For citizens and businesses, the project will deliver 22 end-services that will enable a unified handling of their applications across all 37 public health authorities. In this area, the project is prepared fully in line with the current strategic priorities set out in the National Concept of Informatisation of Public Administration and trends such as “multi-channel access”, or “once and enough”, must bring comfortable, user-friendly and understandable services for citizens and entrepreneurs through modern interfaces.In this project, measurable ukazovatele:Počet of new optimised sections of public administration (+ 1)Additional number of public administration sections in which decision-making is supported by analytical systems (e.g. for risk analysis) (+ 1)The project will be implemented through the following activities:- Analysis and design-Implementation-purchase of HW and box software-Project-Deployment-Deployment of the Slovak project. Target groups sú:občaniaponikateliaPZS (health care providers)MZ SR (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic)UVZ (Office of Public Health) and RUVZ (Regional Public Health Authorities)
