This project proposes the creation of an integrated process and content platform that connects previously fragmented and isolated, often manually implemented activities into end-to-end processes and jointly managed content. The project therefore addresses the improvement of the life situation of entrepreneurs and citizens in their interaction with RÚ. The aim of the project is to optimise selected processes in the performance of regulation and state supervision of electronic communications and postal services, while the physical output of the project will be the electronisation of the proposed public services provided by the Regulatory Office. It follows from the general principles of regulation that RÚ needs information on the current state of the regulated environment to perform effective regulation. To this end, it is necessary to provide relevant information to designated civil servants at the right time.
