Eco-RUBBER, s. r. o – Promoting employment and improving access to employment for persons from CS UoZ and Zuoz.

The objective of the project “ECO-RUBBER, s. r. o – Promoting employment and improving access to employment for persons from CS UoZ and Zuoz” is to reduce unemployment, increase employment and improve access to employment by activating the target group (CS) of jobseekers (UoZ) and disadvantaged jobseekers (Zuoz) through job creation and support through intervention in the form of mentoring and tutoring activities in ECO-RUBBER, s. r. o. Main activity of the project – “Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz on the labour market”.  It will be implemented through specific activities, in two successive sections/podaktivitách:Podaktivita 1.1 Search and selection of UoZ and ZUoZService 1.2 Employment of UoZ and Zuoz using mentoring and tutoring activitiesThe needs of CS (UoZ and Zuoz) will be fulfilled by supporting 8 posts occupied by persons from the target group (8), of which disadvantaged jobseekers (2). The anticipated occupation of Zuoz (2) is jobseekers, persons over 50 years of age. The applicant will seek, select and enter UoZ employment for a minimum of 12 months and Zuoz for at least 18 months, using mentoring and tutoring activities to better integrate them into the labour market. This takes into account the time to find and select persons from the target group (1 month), support for jobs (UoZ 12 months, Zuoz 18 months), one month is the reserve of the project for searching and selection, possibly payment of salaries from 11/2020.Place of project implementation – the main activity of the project will be realised by the created project team of the applicant within the applicant’s own administrative and business premises, ul.
