The aim of our project is to increase employment and reduce unemployment in Žilina region through the creation of 1 job for Zuoz in JMS Press, s.r.o. The main activity of the project is to support the application of Zuoz in the labour market through the creation of jobs in JMS Press, s.r.o. In our company we will create 1 place in the position of an administrative worker. The employee will be guided by an experienced mentor to quickly acquire the skills and knowledge needed to perform his job as well as his further professional growth. The main activity fulfils the objectives of the OP Human Resources in Priority Axis 3 Employment, Investment Priority 3.1 Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed people who are far from the labour market, as well as local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility, as well as specific objective 3.1.1 To increase employment, employability and reduce unemployment, with particular emphasis on the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, the elderly and the disabled.
