The national project presents a series of activities with the aim of reforming and strengthening the performance of the state regulator for electronic communications and postal services (as project applicant) as well as the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investment and Informatisation (as a partner of the project). Specifically, the reform of the processes of the Regulatory Office in the field of electronicisation of services provided by the Reg. Office; the reform of the processes of the Regulatory Office in the field of State supervision; setting up the processes of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatisation for Broadband Management in Slovakia; the optimisation of sectoral policies in the field of electronic communications and postal services, in particular by means of comparative studies and the development of economic models necessary for the efficient regulation of electronic communications and postal services; the methodological procedures necessary for the effective exercise of the State’s supervision of the electronic communications services provided by telecommunications operators; training activities for civil servants in order to apply process and methodological innovations to the life practice of civil servants of RÚ and ÚPVII.The project is designed with a duration of the main activities for 24 months and support activities for 27 months. In total, the project has a duration of 27 months.The budget of the project is EUR 4390000.
