The specific objective of the project is to improve the conservation status of species and habitats and to enhance biodiversity, in particular within the Natura 2000 network; the specific objective of the project is to promote the sustainable and efficient use of natural resources, to ensure environmental protection, active adaptation to climate change and the promotion of energy efficiency and low-carbon economy. The main activity of the project is the elaboration of documents of the territorial system of ecological stability (in accordance with Act No 543/2002 Coll. on nature and landscape protection, as amended, hereinafter referred to as “the Nature and Landscape Protection Act”), i.e. 70 pilot documents of local territorial ecological stability systems (hereinafter referred to as “MÚSES”). MÚSES documents will become a binding ecological regulation for planning processes in the country and decision-making activities of public authorities. 70 ICC documents will be measurable indicators of the project as a document designed to protect the diversity of conditions and forms of life at local level. For the purpose of processing 70 pilot documents, it is necessary to procure a set of automated tools or systems for comprehensive analysis and interpretation of environmental information.
