National project Community services in cities and municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities – II. Phase (hereinafter referred to as “NP KS MRK”) is the successor project of the national project Community Centres in Towns and Villages with the presence of MRK – I. Phase, which aimed to promote social inclusion and positive change in municipalities with the presence of CLLD through the promotion of community centres and the development of community work. The national project focused on the operation of community centers, the development of community social work aimed at social inclusion of MRC members and improvement of interethnic relations in municipalities and cities. The national project supported the standardisation of the activities of community centers using the potential of community centers as a tool of social integration, united the model of the community centre, professionalisation of the activity and increased the quality of the social services provided, while strengthening the position of both the employees of the community centers themselves and their founders in ensuring the scope and accessibility of social services. The aim of the NP KS MRC is to support the development of three social services crisis intervention providers who will provide accessible, standardised professional activities, other activities and activities carried out in the field of social inclusion of persons in an unfavourable social situation with an emphasis on CLLD, threatened by social exclusion or limited ability to integrate themselves and solve their problems independently. The provision of an outpatient form of social service is mandatory for the purposes of the NP. Only providers who will provide one of the three social services of crisis intervention on the basis of registration in the register of social service providers will be able to participate in the MA KR, ensuring standardisation, uniformity and quality of performance of the professional activities provided and the activities of the supported social services crisis intervention. By extending the provided social services crisis intervention services to three services, the target group to which the crisis intervention services are provided will extend the scope of the professional activities provided and the activities carried out in the area of support for all persons at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the regions of the Slovak Republic.In the framework of the NP KS MRC, a space will be created to support the implementation of the three social intervention services community centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”), or the low-threshold day-centre (including the “KC”) and the low-threshold day-ahead centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”) or the low-threshold day-ahead centre (including the “CDC” in the city centre) or the low-threshold day-ahead centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”), or the low-threshold day-ahead centre (including the “CDCs”) for the community community centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”), or the low-threshold day centre (including the “CDC” community centre) or the low-threshold day centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”) for the community centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”) or the low-threshold day centre (including the “KC”) and the low-threshold day centre (hereinafter referred to as “KC”) in the municipalities. A total of 20 000 people from CLLD are expected to be supported through social services. The maximum number of supported posts foreseen under the NP is 540.
