The main objective of the national project Terrestrial social work and field work in municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities II. ("NPTSP and TP II.) is the provision of quality services to clients from marginalised Roma communities who are among the most excluded groups or groups at risk of social exclusion and poverty. Through field social work, the national project intends to achieve the inclusion of people living in marginalised Roma communities in society, improve or mitigate their adverse life situations so that they have decent conditions and real opportunities to change these adverse living situations. Both field social workers and field workers will participate in thematic education, socio-psychological training and group supervision within a national project to increase their qualifications, overview and orientation, skills in specific areas mainly related to marginalised Roma communities (history, culture, specificities of Roma communities; elimination of socio-pathological phenomena, activation of clients in favor of life situation solution, etc.) for the performance of field social work (according to Act 219/2014 Coll. on social work and on conditions for the exercise of certain professional activities in the field of social affairs and family as amended) or the provision of social services (according to no. 448/2008 Coll. on social services as amended by later regulations).
