Supporting district offices providing integrated pro-client services in less developed regions to improve citizens’ access to public services

This project is implemented in accordance with the objective of the ESO programme and has synergies with the projects “Measuring the efficiency of provided public administration services, institutional development of Client Centres and integration of client feedback”, “Supporting the transition process of district offices in providing pro-cliently oriented client services” and “Procession of Public Administration Processes”, while being a separate project, which is another pillar of comprehensive VS reform in line with the project objectives described below. The main objectives of the national project are, in particular, to support the transformation of local government performance in less developed regions, with an emphasis on a pro-cliently oriented approach in providing public services to citizens and businesses in selected least developed districts, where there is currently a lack of integrated VS services through the support of administrative capacities of client workplaces, as well as improving and improving the provision of integrated pro-client services to citizens claiming to national minorities. Since the public administration services affect almost every person who comes into contact with the services provided by the State, whether as beneficiary or provider, the target group of the project can be divided from two aspects: the project group will be composed of employees of the state administration who represent the position of the service provider (workers in the front – office workplaces, regional development coordinators and employees of client workplaces who provide pro-client services in the language of national minorities). The results of the project will indirectly help natural and legal persons using public administration services. The target group is designed so that the benefits from the implementation of the project have the greatest impact on the quality and satisfaction of the services provided. The place of implementation is the less developed region of the Slovak Republic with emphasis on the least developed districts and the district Prievidza in connection with the ongoing transformation process of the Horná Nitra region and their workplaces providing public administration services. The observed measurable indicators of the project are:- the number of supported client workplaces providing pro-clientally oriented services of FO and PO- the area of the purchased or leased premises in order to improve citizens’ access to the provided public services supported by the project – number of persons involved in education – number of successful graduates of educational activities.
