The request for non-repayable financial contribution or the project follows the approved reform plan “Electronisation of regional and higher education services of the Slovak Republic” and the approved feasibility study “Electronisation of Regional and Higher Education Services of the Slovak Republic” published at METAIS. The aim of the project is to provide system support in Slovakia for the effective and rapid settlement of the life situations of citizens and entrepreneurs. The project in question was supported by the Value for Money Service, Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. The aim of the project is to streamline the processes and implementation of services associated with the issuance of certificates for the following target skupiny:rodičia or legal representatives, which primarily assume the use of provided electronic services, together with children/pupils and listeners of schools and school facilities, students or graduates of higher education who use services in the framework of their studies, or for the needs of communication with other institutions, e.g. for the needs of their future employment or for further studiespedagogic and professional employees of regional and higher education, for which the use of services within the framework of employment and during the process of upskilling is envisaged, representatives of schools and school facilities and founders of schools, where it is envisaged to use services in the context of administrative activities related to the operation of schools and school facilities, public authorities, entrepreneurs and other institutions that in their activities come into interaction with persons or business processes within regional and higher education (social and health insurance companies, ÚPSVAR, financial institutions, transport companies and others..)The project is covered by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter also the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic), all primary, secondary and higher education institutions and the Education Support Fund, which are the current providers of given business processes in the provision of services. The place of implementation of the project is the territory of the whole Slovakia. The aim of the project is to optimise and streamline business processes and bring to the citizen (parent, child/pupil, student, graduate), a pedagogical and professional employee, an entrepreneur new possibilities of access to the equipment of individual life situations that arise within the educational process at the level of regional education and higher education, verification of educational attainment, attendance checks, loan arrangements and to reduce or eliminate administrative burdens and minimise unnecessary bureaucracy associated with processing processes. As part of the main activities of the project (analysis, purchase of HW and box software, Implementation, Testing, Deployment) of the project, systems will be built: E-services portal (access part of the solution) – The e-services portal will provide an alternative route to the use of electronic services provided by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic and its PRO. The main task of the eServices portal will be to provide operation for the inputs of electronic services of the Ministry of Educational Services of the Slovak Republic, implemented within the framework of the reform plan for the electronic services of the Ministry of Educational Services and the provision of outputs from electronic servicesDispatch of electronic services (process part of the solution) – Information system The electronic services dispatcher will ensure internal processing and orchestration of the data of the various electronic services processes of the Ministry of Educational Services, the processing of requests and the delivery of outputs. The core will be built on the basis of the BPM tool, which ensures simple design and modification of the process of processing specific tasks within the processing of electronic services and monitoring and monitoring of procedural activities.Registers of electronic services (data part of the solution) – Information system The Register of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Educational Services provides inputs for the processing of electronic services processes of the Ministry of Educational Services of the Slovak Republic implemented within the framework of the reform plan for the project Electronic Services of the Ministry of Education. Its task is to register and aggregate all the underlying data into the form of the data base – the registers necessary for the implementation of electronic services within regional and higher education. The listed registers will contain all data from all available systems as a whole.
