For this project, the applicant carried out a feasibility study on “Data Management in the Education Department”, on which it issued a favourable opinion. By implementing the project, the applicant shall establish systematic data management processes, including their organizational security. The basic aim of the project is to introduce systematic data management within the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MVŠaŠ SR) and to support the principles of openness, data sharing and protection of personal data. The implementation of the project will create preconditions for transforming the functioning of the institution based on data, changing its business processes and modifying its information environment and integration with the Central Information Platform. Currently in organizácii:chýba comprehensive data management (data management), organisation data are not electronically made available to other OVMs, the “1 times and enough” rule is not applied in the processes and therefore the data from other VS IS are not used sufficiently, there are no systematic registers for all registration objects, the burden on citizens and entrepreneurs is high due to the lack of data availability, quality data is lacking for efficient decision-making in the organisation, the burden on schools and school facilities, their founders and OVMs is high due to complicated data collection. The main objective of the project is to improve data quality, interconnection, up-to-date and up-to-date for the needs of other institutions and the public, by consolidating data and by adjusting processes and systems to achieve data quality in the long term. The implementation of the project dosiahneme:zvýši will ensure the quality of provided data/registration objects, new registration objects will be provided as far as possible as Open Data, ensure the implementation of standard processes of the data life cycle, ensure the implementation of the data quality management process, increase the possibility of analytical processing and data evaluation, new registers will enable central data management, ensure a uniform process for data collection, storage, evaluation and publication. The current project also plans to achieve the following objectives related to data in organizácií:rozšírenie list of reference data, ensuring the principle of “one time and enough”, ensuring the use of reference data in practice, making data available to clients registered in public administration about them, ensuring sufficient data quality in the organisation, improving decision-making in public administration, increasing the availability of data for analytical processing. The place of implementation of the project is the whole Slovak Republic (all regions of the Slovak Republic). Measurable indicators to be achieved through implementation projektu:P0224 Number of new optimised sections of government (indicator target = 2)P0217 Number of new datasets published in a high potential format for reuse (indicator target = 0.25 % = 3 datasets/1200*100)
