The project will be implemented in accordance with the IROP in the section relevant for technical assistance. The objective of the technical assistance project is to support the effective implementation of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. Eligible activities will also be in line with the IROP and the related expenditure related to the closure of the 2007-2013 programming period assistance from the Operational Programme Health and the expenditure linked to the preparation of the new programming period 2021-2027. The achievement of the target will be checked by means of a measurable indicator, which will monitor the average number of administrative capacities reimbursed. It is set to a total planned average of 37.14 for 16 months of implementation of the project activities between 9/2019 and 12/2020 (36.5 for IROP SOB’s AK and 0.64 for expert evaluators). The financial resources provided for the technical assistance project are to ensure adequate financial envelopes based on the delegated tasks of the intermediate body identified in the contract for the implementation of part of the tasks of the IROP technical assistance allocation and to help the IROP Intermediate Body to acquire and maintain the necessary administrative capacity and to ensure adequate conditions for the efficient and effective implementation of specific objectives 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 PO 2 IROP. The assigned competences are transferred to the descriptions of the SGA and the focus will be concentrated on the full level of implementation, programming with emphasis on the publication of calls for all allocated funds, updating of management documentation, monitoring, work with beneficiaries, continuous monitoring of reporting and statistics, project management and control. The applicant shall follow the applicable legislation and procedures with a view to promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination in the selection of administrative capacities.
