Innovation of pedagogical practices at the UPJŠ focused on the targeted development of the professional competences of future teachers

The aim of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the practical professional training of students of teacher study programmes at the UPJŠ. In order to achieve the goal, it is necessary to link higher education training of teaching students more effectively with practical teaching carried out as part of practice in training schools. Define the scope and content of the portfolio of practical experience of a teacher’s graduate in pedagogical practice and implement the portfolio as part of the innovation of output pedagogical practice. For teaching staff of training schools create supporting educational materials aimed at implementing innovative strategies and methods of teaching into the educational process at the training schools. The project contains four interconnected stages of activity aimed at implementing the criteria for the selection of the training school and training teachers, updating the network of UPJŠ training schools, analysing the evaluation of the pedagogical practices of students of teacher study programmes at the UPJŠ, designing and implementing the portfolio of practical experience of the student of teacher education as part of the innovation of the output practice and the creation of educational materials for the training teachers aimed at implementing innovative teaching strategies and methods. The target groups are students of teacher study programmes (teaching of academic subjects) at the FF and FF.The output of the project is the output of the project. updated network of UPJŠ training schools and trainers, research study of current evaluation of teaching practices of teachers themselves by students and teachers, portfolio of practical experiences that a teacher student should acquire as part of an innovative output continuous and continuous practice, a textbook with practical methodologies for implementing innovative strategies and methods of teaching a training teacher as part of the educational process in the training schools. The applicant shall ensure that the created supporting educational material is published on its website, indicating the CC BY licence.
