The project ‘Wage funding for the EVS OP-II’ aims to finance wage expenses and remunerations of eligible staff of the managing authority involved in the implementation of the EVS OP in the 2014-2020 programming period, including staff for agreements on non-employment works and work activity agreements relating to preparation, management, monitoring, evaluation, information and communication, control and audit in ensuring the implementation of the EVS OP. The whole territory of the Slovak Republic is eligible for the activities of this project. The implementation of the project activities will create the basic precondition for ensuring stable, high-quality and motivated administrative capacities of the MA OP EVS. The planned number of administrative capacities financed by the project is 50 (FTE), the duration of the project implementation is 45 months. The target group is the authorised staff of the managing authority and of the paying unit, including non-employment employees involved in the implementation of the EVS OP. To pursue the objective of the project, a target value for the measurable indicator of the project ‘Number of administrative capacity financed by technical assistance’, which will be reported as the number of administrative capacities whose labour costs are financed by the OP technical assistance in the FTE, has been defined. The aim of the project is to ensure the stabilisation of the administrative capacity of the managing authority involved in the implementation of the EVS OP through the financing of salaries, together with the implementation of a fair and incentive system for staff remuneration and the establishment and implementation of a transparent performance evaluation system.
