Support of social services provided in a community-based facility in Trenčín

The aim of the project is to develop alternative social services of a community character in MFO Trenčín by creating a suitable physical environment for the provision of social services in a facility that is in accordance with the principles of community-based care, i.e. in the natural social environment or in natural communities organizationally and culturally similar to the ordinary family. The project is aimed at the currently provided social services social services social intervention services: 1. Low-threshold center2. Dormitory center 2 nights of social services, selection of social services as well as localisation are given by the applicant and are based on valid development documents – the program of economic development and social development of the city of Trenčín for years 2016-2022, with a view to the year 2040, with a view to the year 2040 and the Municipality of the City of Trenčín will be able to use the social services of the project. Create a backdrop of field services and support the renewal of a mobile expert unit to provide a field social crisis intervention service. The achievement of the project objective will be measurable by the following measurable project indicators: “P0070 Capacity of supported social services facilities" in the measurement unit "Place in social services" with a target value of 46,"P0387 Number of social services facilities at community level resulting from support" in the measurement unit "number" with target value 1,"P0764 Number of persons in supported social services by field form and in the framework of self-executed professional activities" in the measurement unit "number" with target value of 30; "P0374 "Number of refurbished public buildings "number" with target value 1,"P0614 "Floor area of refurbished public buildings" in the measurement unit "m²" with a target value of 440.76, "P0617"New or renovated public or commercial buildings in the area of urban development "m²" with a target value of 440,76, Creating a suitable physical environment for 46 social services places provided in residential or outpatient form and for 30 beneficiaries of social service in a field form in 1 refurbished public building with a total useful area of 440,76 m² for the provision of social services that are in line with the principles of community-based care, i.e. in the natural social environment or in natural communities organizationally and culturally similar to the ordinary family. The transition of social services in the facility from institutional to community-based should be encouraged to increase the proportion of people (citizens with disabilities, citizens in adverse social circumstances, seniors) who are provided with a social service at community level to the total number of people, the objectives of the project are fully in line with the expected result of IROP support and it can be concluded that they can lead to an increase in the share of social service recipients who are provided social services at community level in the total number of persons to whom social services are provided.The implementation of the project will eliminate the disproportion between the requirements of the relevant legislative standards for spatial and material and technical security in the classification providing social services on a community-based and state-of-the-art basis, currently in existing social services facilities.Natural spaces without barriers will create in the facility an environment in which it will be possible to meet the diverse needs of each individual – the recipient of the social service according to his or her specific needs and to exercise the right to privacy in order to ensure the provision of social services in accordance with the principles of community-based care, i.e. in the natural social environment or in natural communities, organisationally and culturally as close as possible to the ordinary family. Such an environment will enable social care professionals to apply different forms and methods of social work for individuals and groups without distinction – including people with disabilities, or people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and through the creation of a mobile unit to provide a field social service for crisis intervention, they will be able to provide assistance in the exercise of rights and legally protected interests, in particular:  escorts, medical visits, personal documents, visits to institutions related to the exercise of rights, courts, centres of legal advice, professional health care, health insurance companies, police, UPSVaR, social departments of the city, social wardrobe, removal-import of laundry, meals for natural persons who have
