PSK project reflects the call “Smart and better self-governing region” The main results of projektu:Koncepcia application of SMART principles in the development of public policies PSK and PHRSR PSK 2021-2028. Part of the SMART concept as well as the PHRSR will be a list of planned activities of the Office, which will form the basic frame for the project and investment plan also in the creation of budgets for the following periods of the Office. Use of experience and know-how by qualified analysts.After the implementation of the project, solutions for data analysis and their visualisation, register of school facilities will be implemented and an innovative project management process at the office will be implemented. The proposal for process and organizational optimisation will create basic preconditions for the creation of a modern and efficient office and will create conditions for the implementation of policies in accordance with the concept of applying SMART principles in the development of public policies of PSK. The implementation of the project will introduce a model of the CAF quality assessment system and will contribute to improving performance and ensure the implementation of a functional management system in schools.The training activities of the project will strengthen the professional capacities of PSK and partner organisations in the development, implementation and monitoring of public administration policies and the development of institutional frameworks for cooperation with partners. The project will support the activities of the implementation unit with capacities implementing and coordinating the implementation of the Commission’s development initiatives or specific development priorities at Slovak level
