The proposed project “Reconstruction and construction of local communications on land in the village Toporec” is aimed at improving the accessibility of the inhabitants of the MRC to public institutions, namely the primary school, the secondary school, the community centre, the post office, the municipal office, bus stops and the health centre in the village Toporec.This is two solved lokality:1.Segregovaná Roma community in the population of 708 inhabitants – reconstruction and construction of local roads and new paths.2. Separated integrated 2 apartment buildings (12 flats, 72 members of MRK) – construction of a pavement, local communication and paved areas (parking areas). Directly, the availability of services to 780 members of the MRC from the total population of MRK (1376) will be improved.  The indirect target group is the rest of the village of Toporec. The total population of the village is 1952 inhabitants. We will realise the project through one main activity: Support for the completion of basic technical infrastructure.Successful achievement of the objectives set is measurable by the following indicator: P0262: Number of inhabitants of CLLD improving housing conditions through the construction/completion of roads: 780The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of housing to residents of CLLD through the completion of basic technical infrastructure.Specific objectives of the project are: to carry out the construction of new paths, the construction of the parking area and the reconstruction of local roads leading to public services, to increase the comfort and safety of the inhabitants of the MRC, to minimise the differences in access to basic services between the majority population and the citizens of the MRC in the municipality.
