The communications in question can be included in the III Class road system with year-round operation, which performs a service function with direct operation of the adjacent territory. The structural and technical condition of road III/3635 in some sections is in severely damaged or in emergency condition and does not meet the requirements for safe, smooth and efficient transport. Due to the excessive penetration of surface waters into the body and subsoil of the communication, the physical-mechanical properties of the materials in the communication hopper body have changed in some places, resulting in the appearance of permanent deformations on the communication body, which have prevented the smooth and safe use of third-class communication. The purpose of the reconstruction of the road is to stabilise the road body of the third class road, improve the surface properties of the abrasion layer of the road and ensure fluidity and increase road safety. The project aims at qualitatively improving the infrastructure ensuring the availability of public services, ensures accessibility to industrial parks, contributes to connecting settlement centres and ensures access to basic social services. Due to the fact that the subject of the project is regional communication ensuring daily commuting, the project also contributes to the creation of jobs, the promotion of entrepreneurship and the development of communities in the region.
