Electronisation of services of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic – phase 2

Project E-Services of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic – phase 2 is focused on selected services of the department of economy for entrepreneurs and citizens. User experience from the MH SR portal is unsatisfactory, while current IT support does not provide enhanced functionality such as submission management, system integration or management of organizational processes. The aim of the project is therefore to build a departmental centre of shared services and to optimise its own processes necessary for the performance of activities and services in relation to citizens. The output of the project is to enable the public to use the services provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic electronically. Project implementation foresees the creation of 38 unique services so that the provider can cover a universally wide range of users. The services will be provided in three main groups: Information servicesTransaction services Proactive consulting services The creation and provision of these services is an essential means of communication in the performance of the tasks of the sector of the economy in relation to end users. Their task will be to deliver outputs in the shortest time, with a reduction of the administrative burden when communicating with the public administration and with maximum financial savings.
