The project is based on the current baseline situation and the identified needs of the target groups and on the strategic concept of computerisation of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic developed in the Concept for the Development of Public Administration Information Systems (KRIS) and on the long-term objectives of computerisation of public administration, which are based on the Strategy of Informatisation of Public Administration and the National Concept of Informatisation of Public Administration. It follows on-going or realised investments in the electronicisation of the department of justice and complements the projects of electronisation of the VS at the central level.
