The aim of the project is to ensure the stabilisation of the administrative capacity of the managing body of the OP EVS with the implementation of a fair and incentive system for staff remuneration. The present project is aimed at financing wage expenses and remuneration of eligible MA staff involved in the implementation of the EVS OP in the 2014-2020 programming period, including staff for agreements on non-employment and employment agreements. Wage expenses include wages, remuneration, compulsory employer contributions as well as compulsory social costs – nursing, PN. The time period within the eligibility period of expenditure for which wage expenditure will be financed is the period from 2014 to 2018. The target group is mainly the employees of the operational programme department of an efficient public administration, the organisational department, the legal services department and the budget and financing department (payment unit), including non-employment employees involved in the implementation of the EVS OP. The activities of the project will be carried out in accordance with the invitation throughout the Slovak Republic. To pursue the objective of the project, a target value was defined for the measurable indicator of the project “Number of administrative capacity financed by technical assistance”, which will be reported as the average annual recorded number of administrative capacities whose labour costs are financed by OP technical assistance converted into FTE.
