By Addendum No 4 to the Organisational Rules of the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic of 30 October 2013, which is binding on 1 June 2015, the Department of Education of the Administrative Capacity of the European Structural and Investment Funds (hereinafter referred to as ESI Funds PO), which is responsible for the coordination of horizontal training activities of the ESI Funds in the 2014-2020 programming period (PO 2014-2020), was created and its activity started on 1 January 2016. The ESI Funds SAA is responsible for fulfilling the tasks of the Central Coordination Body (CCA) in the field of AK education as an integral part of the AK management strategy and an important tool to ensure sufficient, stable and high-quality ACs. With its focus, the project contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective No 1 Ensure the stabilisation of the staff of the entities involved in the management, control and audit system of the ESI Funds, Priority Axis 1 of the OP TA. The subject of the project is the creation and implementation of a system solution for the training of standardised job positions in the bodies implementing the ESI Funds through the Central Education System of ACs involved in the management, implementation, control and audit of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) during the 2014-2020 programming period. The implementation of the above mentioned project of training activities will cover the current need to train the necessary number of administrative capacity by the end of 2016. The project considers the continuation and follow-up of education in the next years 2017-2020, the process of setting up a fair and motivational evaluation of administrative capacity education.
