The subject of the project is the administrative building of the municipal service company in Bardejov. Bardejovský podnik services BAPOS is a organizational unit within the meaning of the Statute of the company, which serves primarily to satisfy the public-benefit interests and needs of residents living in the territory of the city and its suburban areas. It carries out the management of the property of the city with a focus on ensuring the mission and tasks of the city, according to the Act on municipal establishment. The aim of the implemented project is to reduce the energy intensity of the administrative building. In accordance with the evaluation carried out in the framework of the energy audit, the results of energy and economic calculations and the requirements of the legislation in force and taking into account the feasibility and economic return, the following measures to reduce the energy intensity of the building are proposed: — reducing the energy intensity of the building by improving the thermal properties of the packaging structures – insulation of the outer shell, roof and ceiling of the basement, replacement of old wooden windows with new thermal insulation,- hydraulic control of the heating system,- installation of a storage tank for heating hot water with a heat pump,- reconstruction of lighting of indoor spaces,- installation of solar photovoltaic panels.After the implementation of the proposed measures, the building will be classified in class B.
