The aim of the project is to ensure the stabilisation of the administrative capacity of the Intermediary Body of the OP HR by implementing a fair and incentive system for staff remuneration. The implementation of the project will reimburse the salary costs of all eligible staff of the Intermediary Body carrying out activities related to preparation, management, monitoring, evaluation, information and communication, control and audit in ensuring the implementation of OP HR in the 2014-2020 programming period. The activities of the project will be carried out in accordance with the invitation in the whole territory of the Slovak Republic except Bratislava Self-Governing Region, i.e. all regions of the less developed region. The target group is mainly employees of the Department of Inclusion of marginalised Roma communities, organizational department, Department of Legal Services and Department of Budget and Financing (payment unit), including employees employed on the basis of agreements on works carried out outside the employment relationship involved in the implementation of OP HR. The mandatory project measurable indicators to track the project’s objective are: the number of MA/IBMA staff paid from TA funds, the number of administrative capacities of the MA/IBMA removed and the number of administrative capacities received by the MA/IBMA.
