The aim of the project is to renovate the building and reduce energy consumption in the operation of the public building of the city of Košice.The local implementation is an administrative building, in which the administration of urban greenery, Rastislavova 79, Košice is located. The established objective will be achieved by implementing the project activity.In accordance with the implementation of the project, measures necessary to reduce the energy intensity of AB will be implemented.The energy-saving measures are designed beyond meeting the minimum requirements for the energy performance of buildings in accordance with Act No.555/2005 Coll. and Decree No. 364/2012 Coll. Currently, the building is in energy class C.A. After the implementation of the proposed measures, the building will be built in energy class A1. Energy-intensive public activity. Construction work will consist of: roof insulation, external casing insulation, window and door replacements,logy sanitation, installation of new heat source with higher efficiency for heating and heating TUV, reconstruction of lighting in the building, replacement of luminaires for led luminaires with new layout and new lightning rod. Measurable project indicators are based on the Project Assessment of the significantly renovated building (thermal technical assessment), part of the PD. The planned energy saving for heating in the project is 75.7 %.
