Technical assistance of the OP HR to the Ministry of the Interior 2015-2018

As the central body of the state administration, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic performs the role of managing authority for the OP HR. This role of the Ministry of Health derives from Slovak Government Resolution No 229/2014 of 14 May 2014 on the proposal for an operational programme Human resources for the 2014-2020 MFS as managing authority and the paying unit for the implementation of OP HR provides activities related to the preparation, management, monitoring, evaluation, information and control of the operational programme, including payments, as well as activities linked to the strengthening of the administrative capacity for the implementation of the OP. It also ensures the effective closure of the ZaSI OP. The tasks of the MA are carried out by the EU Funds Section in cooperation with other organisational services of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic according to the Manual of Procedures of the MA for OP HR and the tasks of the PA are carried out by the Department of the ESF Paying Unit according to the Internal Manual of Procedures of the ESF OPU. The Ministry of Labour of the Slovak Republic thus helps to implement the global objective of the OP HR, which is to support the development of human resources, lifelong learning and their full integration into the labour market to improve their social situation. The project will be implemented through aktivít:Personálna it is necessary to finance wage costs and other legal contributions to eligible staff involved in the implementation of OIP HR, as well as to ensure their educational development in the field of ESIF management.Technical equipment: it is necessary to provide operational and material and technical equipment in order to enable the smooth performance of the work tasks in each area.Preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, control and audit: it is necessary to carry out activities aimed at preparing, monitoring, evaluating and controlling the implementation of the OPHR.Information and communication: The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic implements its communication activities in accordance with the Communication Strategy and the Information and Communication Manual in order to ensure communication for the successful implementation of OP HR and to ensure support to beneficiaries.
