The main objective of the project is to make the necessary changes and modifications to the ITMS2014+ information system and, at the same time, to carry out the superstructure of the ITMS2014+ functionalities in order to meet the current and future content requirements for the proper performance of the information monitoring system for the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds for the monitoring period 2014-2020. Within the project activity, individual modifications of existing and expansion of new functionalities of ITMS2014+ will be carried out. The project sets out two measurable indicators and these are the “Number of implemented electronic services available online” with target value 4 and “Number of implemented e-cohesion principles” with target value 5. ITMS2014+ is a central information system for registration, subsequent processing, export, exchange of data, data and documents between the applicant/beneficiary, the aid provider and other bodies involved in the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds except the EAFRD in the Slovak Republic. It represents a modern, easily expandable and operational information system built mainly on opensource products and technologies. High emphasis is placed on the system’s end-user orientation, i.e. on the intuitiveness and comprehensibility of the information system and on maximum usability, analytical processing and the possibility of simple publication of stored data and data. The project will take place in the open architecture of the information system. To meet expectations, the same graphic design of the ITMS2014+ system and the ITMS2014+ iterative development model will be maintained, characterised by the following phases: • project management,• releas content planning,• analysis and solution design,• implementation,• testing,• deployment and documentation.
