The objective of the technical assistance project is to support the effective implementation of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. It will be implemented in accordance with the IROP documents relevant for technical assistance. In line with the IROP, the activities and related expenditure related to the closure of the 2007-2013 programming period will be eligible activities under the Health Operational Programme. The achievement of the target will be checked by means of a measurable indicator, which will monitor the average number of administrative capacities reimbursed. The financial resources provided for the technical assistance project are intended to ensure adequate financial coverage for the performance of the tasks of the IB as defined in the contract for the performance of part of the tasks of the IROP technical assistance allocation and to help the IROP Intermediate Body to acquire and maintain the necessary sufficiently knowledgeable human resources, ensure their professional development and thus create adequate conditions for the efficient and effective implementation of IROP.
