The aim of the project is to ensure equal access to quality education and to improve the outcomes and competences of children and pupils by promoting inclusive education and improving the professional competences of the PAs and OZs. The project focuses on the following areas: to implement the model of inclusive education through the PA, OZ, PA and tutors in secondary schools, to promote a significant improvement in communication and cooperation with children’s parents from CSR, to implement the newly created model of non-formal education – the training of pre-school children who are not attending for various reasons in the school, and the creation of an acceleration incentive programme aimed at achieving school maturity in cooperation with children’s parents (tutors). A further focus of the project in the MŠ concerns the activities of PAs and professional staff from the catchment primary school in the case of descriptions, as prevention of incorrect classification into special classes, and instruction for teaching staff of the school to implement an inclusive model of education in the environment of the school and non-formal education.In the Elementary School environment: to implement the full-day educational system with a focus on preparing pupils for teaching, implementing the model of inclusive education in the Elementary School environment through the FA, OZ, supporting Elementary School teams consisting of FA (including pedagogical assistants), OZ (school psychologist, special educator, social educator and psychologist CPPPaP), supporting significant improvements in communication and cooperation with parents of children and pupils from CSR (MRK), improving awareness of the needs of their children following the educational objectives of the Elementary Schools through social educators, the education of the entire teams of the FCA and the OZ belonging to the team in the Elementary School and the MES, focusing on inclusive education and co-operation between the F & D and the OZ. An integrated element of the project between the MES and the Elementary Schools is the creation of joint teams to support the implementation of an inclusive model of education consisting of the FA (including pedagogue assistants), OZ (school psychologist, special educator, social educator and psychologist CPPPaP).
