The building and the corresponding land are owned by the City of Bardejov. The building is established and located in the northeastern part of Radničný Square on plot CN 826/1 and led to LV 6279 in the cadastral territory of Bardejov. The building of the Municipal Office is situated in the traditional terraced construction of a square with modified street facade and court paths. The building of the Municipal Office is part of the Town Monument Reservation in Bardejov. As a burgher house, it was built on a narrow medieval plot, which was formed during the localisation of the city in the times of its settlement. The MU object consists of the court tract “A”, and the court tract “B”. The premises of these court tracts are used as office space of the Municipal Office departments. The court tract “A” is declared a national cultural monument registered in the Central List of Monuments Fund. The main entrance to the object under consideration is through the existing entrance part from Radničný Square in its western part. The entrance is situated into the spacious entrance corridor – passage to the court area, from which there is a vertical connection through the common single-arm staircase to the court tract “A” and “B” through separate existing entrances to individual office spaces on individual floors and between floors. The building for normalised (required) values does not meet due to outdated construction structures and a large number of fillings of holes in the construction, which significantly increase the need for heat for heating. Based on data from the assessment of the current state of the energy audit, it can be seen that the most heat from the whole object leaks through the perimeter casing. Other heat leaks are through the filling holes, roof and floor. The various measures proposed address the building in a comprehensive manner so as to achieve the maximum possible energy savings.
