The aim of the national project is to establish and ensure the continuous development of a management system that is capable of improving the quality and efficiency of the activities carried out = public services within judicial organisations, without impinging on the independence of the judiciary. The aim of the project is to improve and develop capacity in the administration of courts, to increase the quality and efficiency of their activities in relation to the implementation of a common quality assessment system – the use of EU-funded projects and other resources/State budget/. A common quality assessment system is one of the well-established tools that, through a holistic approach in a structured form, help organisations to analyse their functioning from different angles, understand the processes that are ongoing in organisations, help them focus more on the results and impacts of activities, and help them to improve their performance by identifying weaknesses and implementing changes.
